1. About this service
ClearStaff is an operational tracking and document management platform for Australian healthcare, care and regulated service teams. It is not a legal, employment, clinical, accreditation or regulatory compliance authority.
2. Starter templates disclaimer
Starter templates help you organise staff compliance and operational tasks. They do not replace your organisation's legal, employment, clinical, accreditation or regulatory obligations. Your organisation is responsible for confirming and maintaining its own requirements.
3. No patient data
You must not enter patient information into this platform. This is a staff compliance system, not a clinical records system. Any patient data accidentally entered must be reported and removed immediately.
4. Authorised use
By creating an account you confirm that you are authorised to manage staff records for your organisation and that you will only upload information relating to staff members who have consented to the collection of their information.
5. Data storage
All data is stored in Australian cloud infrastructure. Documents are stored in private, encrypted storage. Access is logged. We do not share your organisation's data with third parties except as required by law.
6. Account security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
