Information is used solely to provide the staff compliance tracking service. We do not use staff information for marketing or share it with third parties except as required by law or to operate the service (e.g., email delivery providers).

All data is stored in Australian cloud infrastructure. Documents are stored in private, encrypted storage accessible only to authorised users. File access is logged. We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.

4. Staff consent

You are responsible for ensuring that staff members have been informed about and consented to the collection and storage of their personal information in this platform, in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988.

5. Data retention

Compliance records are retained in accordance with Australian regulatory requirements. When you cancel your account, data is retained for a minimum retention period before deletion. Specific retention periods are documented in our data retention schedule.

6. Your rights

Under the Australian Privacy Act, individuals have rights to access, correct and in some cases delete their personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
